The most fragile and tasty puff pastry, also called French dough, prepared by the Pastry Master. Perfect for when you want to make your favorite products, without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.


Wheat flour, water, premium fat with yeast (does not contain hydrogenated oils): (refined vegetable oils (palm, sunflower), water, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt (0.65%), flavor, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract, L-ascorbyl palmitate), preservative 0.1% (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid), colorant (carotenes), yeast), baker’s yeast, sugar, salt, frozen dough improver, yeast.

Preparation method
  • Take the dough out of the freezer and let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Shape the pastries using a sharp knife or spatula to avoid damaging the edges of the dough.
  • After shaping them, it is recommended that the products be left at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Bake the products in the preheated oven at 180 ̊ C, until golden brown.
