The new bacon and cheese rolls are delicious, full of flavor and extremely easy to prepare. They are perfect for the moments when hunger strikes you in the middle of the day or for when you expect guests, but don’t have any time to waste in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

Wheat flower, butter, water, sugar, baker’s yeast, improver for frozen dough, top quality margarine, table salt, wheat leaven.

Filling: bacon, cheese.

Preparation method
  • Set the oven at 180 C and let it heat.
  • Arrange the rolls on a baking pan, covered with baking sheet, at a distance of 3-5 cm one from each other.
  • Place the baking pan in the middle of the oven. The baking process takes 14-18 minutes.
  • When the rolls have browned, we take them out and leave them on the table to cool down for 15-20 minutes.

FOR A PERFECT RESULT, before putting them in the oven, let them on the baking pan to rest for 30 minutes, at the room temperature.
