Chocolate sticks wrapped in the finest and the fluffiest dough - nothing special apparently, but this is the ideal desert, baked at home when you want to surprise your loved ones.

Ingredients:

Wheat flower, butter, water, sugar, cocoa, baker’s yeast, improver for frozen dough, top quality margarine, table salt, vanilla flavor, wheat leaven.

Filling: chocolate sticks 44% cocoa.

Preparation method
  • Set the oven at 180 C and let it heat.
  • Arrange the products on a baking pan, covered with baking sheet, at a distance of 3-5 cm one from each other.
  • Place the baking pan in the middle of the oven. The baking process takes 14-18 minutes.
  • When the products have browned, we take them out and leave them on the table to cool down for 15-20 minutes.

FOR A PERFECT RESULT, before putting them in the oven, let them on the baking pan to rest for 30 minutes, at the room temperature.
